Joe Bays Joe Bays
With The New American Theatre: Julius Caesar, Shadows, Getting Out, Gibberish, The Noble Sons of Popeye, Twelfth Night, The Adding Machine, The Circle.  Other theatrical credits include work at the Pittsburgh Public Theatre, Virginia Shakespeare Festival, and numerous plays Off-Off Broadway.  Film and TV credits include ;“That Championship Season”, “3rd Rock From the Sun”, “Even Stevens”, “Without a Trace”, “CSI”, “Office Space”, “Space Jam”, “Indecent Proposal”, “Shopgirl”, “Spiderman – 3”, recurring roles on “Mike Hammer” and “The Middle”.  As a playwright:  Last Fling,The Artist and the Widow, The Market, A Haunting Confession.  Love & Sex Over Dinner and Drinks (writer/director), Lunch-o-lution (director). 
Kyle Billings Kyle Billings
Kyle is a Raleigh, North Carolina native who graduated from UNC with a degree in journalism. He recently received his Masters in Professional Acting from Bristol Old Vic Theatre School in England. His selected works include The Rivals (Bob Acres, Tobacco Factory Theatre, UK) and Measure for Measure (Claudio, California Shakespeare Co.). Brendan Brandt Brendan Brandt
A NAT/Circus member for 5 years, previous work with NAT includes Midsummer Night’s Dream, Julius Caesar, Macbeth, Getting Out, Tennessee Williams’ 5 Beauties, and six original one acts for three of NAT’s festivals (favorites are Man Who Knows How to Hold a Baby and The F*#king Neighbors). Other LA Theater includes the premiere of Wild Geese at the Skylight, Godspell in Glendale, Miss Margarida’s Way at the Odyssey, and Twist at the Avery Shreiber. TV-Criminal Minds:Suspect Behavior, Working Class, Close To Home. Film-Starla, Life Tracker, Mob Rules. Brendan is the author of “Waiting Tables, Dodging Bullets” which can be found anywhere books are sold.

Robert Cicchini ROBERT CICCHINI
Robert Cicchini is an actor, director, and acting teacher with over 175 stage, film, and television credits. He is an Associate Artist with The New American Theatre and his proud association with the company dates back to 1987. He has performed in or directed a great many plays with NAT, including such classics as: The Three Sisters, Hedda Gabler, Twelfth Night, Tartuffe, A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Heiress, The Misanthrope, Antigone, and The Maids, as well as many contemporary plays and premieres including: Getting Out, Bedfellows, Man.Gov, Star Song, The Sausage Eaters, First to the Egg, and The Job, for which he received The Garland Award for his performance from Backstage Magazine.

Most recently he was seen at the Skylight Theater in Open House, which was selected by The LA Weekly as one of the top ten plays of 2013. He also appeared at The Skylight Theater in Influence, which won a best play nomination from The LA Weekly and was invited to The 2011 Transatlantyk Music and Art Festival in Poznan, Poland.

Robert made his feature film debut in The Godfather III. Some other films include: Dreamgirls, Light Sleeper, Primary Colors, The Pickle, The Deep End of the Ocean, Path to War, The Watcher, War of the Worlds, California Solo, and most recently Pilot Error, and Chink, both of which are due out later this year. Robert directed and starred in the indy feature Waterwalk, which has received over 160 theatrical screenings across the country and is currently in distribution.

A few of his many television credits include: CSI, The Mentalist, NCIS, Bones, CSI/NY, The Soprano's, The Closer, Cold Case, Desperate Housewives, Law and Order, Law and Order/LA, The Practice, recurring roles on 24, Six Feet Under, and most recently, appearances on Castle, and Shameless.

Robert is a graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit, and the Graduate Acting Program at New York University. He currently teaches a Stanislavsky based scene study and technique class for The New American Theatre. He lives with his family in Culver City.



Romy Cutler-Lengyel Romy Cutler-Lengyel
Romy is an LA native. She studied theatre at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, and British Academy for Dramatic Arts. She has studied improv and comedy at the Groundlings, UCB and Impro Theatre. She is also a voiceover actress and is grateful to work with Jack Stehlin, Jordan Lund and Bob Cicchini at the New American Theatre as part of this wonderful collaborative space for artists. Thanks to Jack and Jeannine Stehlin for their hard work. Also special thanks to family and friends who are the best support network ever! 

Jeff Kongs
Jeff Kongs is happy to be back on stage working on some one acts with a very talented theatre company. Jeff is a member of SAG and has worked on various indie films and commercials. He once did a horror movie with Octomom...don't ask. Favorite stage roles include John in Bash, Woyzeck in Woyzeck, and Cornelius in The Matchmaker. Jeff is the creator and artistic director of 30Films, a small production company that churns out 30 second genre films. Visit at www.30films.com. Francesca Ferrara Francesca Ferrara (The FQ)
Francesca Ferrara was born and raised in Park Slope, Brooklyn. She started acting at the HB Studio at a very young age, eventually studying with Herbert Berghof and Uta Hagen. Los Angeles theatre credits: Seduced, The Adding Machine, Twelfth Night, AS IS, Anxiety, Compleat Female Stage Beauty and Elvis’ Toenail. Film and television credits: Chicken Livers, Flushed, How to Cheat,The Unit, TheWest Wing, Commander in Chief, Close to Home, Ugly Betty, Stevie TV, Grey’s Anatomy and Masters of Sex. Francesca has been a member of The New American Theatre Company for over ten years.
Sam Ferrell Sam Ferrell is a graduate of Harvard, Circle In the Square Conservatory, and ImprovOlympic West. Some may recognize Sam from his TV commercial appearances as the face of Jennie-O Turkey and ESPN Baseball Tonight, among others. On TV, he has appeared in a number of gags and skits on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and on the MTV sketch show "Scratch & Burn." Theatrically, he made his debut as swordfighter at the Metropolitan Opera alongside Placido Domingo, and he can tell you - opera singers sing really LOUD. Sam's happy to be making his debut with the New American Theater. 
Joseph Gilbert Joseph Gilbert
With The New American Theatre: Robin Starveling in A Midsummer Night's Dream. Other roles include: Edgar Allan Poe in the world premier of Nevermore, Lysander in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Tommy in Normal Heart and the musical comedy The World’s Worst Play. Joseph received his professional acting training at The Second City Chicago, Atlantic Theatre Company and SITI Company in New York, and with professionals from the Goodman, Steppenwolf, and Chicago Shakespeare Repertory. Joseph has appeared in features, television, festival shorts, and national commercials. www.josephgilbert.net
Ally Gordon Ally Gordon
With The New American Theatre: Hookman (staged reading). She received her MFA in Acting from the New School for Drama as well as her BFA in Acting from UC Santa Barbara. She is also a core member of Fresh Produce’d Los Angeles in West Hollywood. A Theater Company focused on creating a vehicle for new works. Credits include: Hermia in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Eliza inPygmalion, Curly’s Wife in Of Mice and Men, Regan in King Lear, Hannah Pitt in Angels in America, and Natasha in Three Sisters. Ally has also guest starred on FX’s hit show “Louie” with Louis CK. Ally is thrilled to be working on new and exciting plays with this talented group of artists. Rebecca Hayes

Rebecca Hayes Arlene, A Perfect Wedding
Rebecca has been a proud member of NAT for one year and is honored to be a part of the evening of one-acts once again, promoting new works from writers across the country. A professional actor since the age of 11, Rebecca has worked and studied in LA, Chicago and NYC, performing in well over 200 play productions as well as numerous films and television shows.

Jordan Lund Jordan Lund

Hunter McClamrock Hunter McClamrock
Hunter McClamrock studied acting at Duke University, Actor's Circle Theatre and Bard College. He has appeared in over 35 stage productions in New York, LA, Shanghai and elsewhere. Favorite roles include The Zoo Story (Jerry/Peter), The Seagull (Sorin), The Threepenny Opera (Smith) and most recently as Christian Bale in Christian Bale The Musical. Screen credits include the 2013 Cannes selection short The Sunshine Shop, the upcoming feature A Better Place and the short film/viral sensation This is Water. Hunter is humbled and grateful to be a part of this wonderful group of devoted artists.
Kate Parkin Kate Parkin
With New American Theatre: Midsummer Night's Dream (Helena), Fighting Mr. Right (Marla) Hookman (staged reading). She is a graduate of Ithaca College and an alumni of The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center's National Theater Institute. Previous roles: Christy (It's Just Lunch, Fresh Produc'd LA), Dora (Adoration of Dora, Laguna Beach Art Walk), Rosalind (As You Like It, Damned Spot Productions), Catherine (Proof, Ithaca Underground Theatre), Eurydice (Eurydice, O'Neill Theater Center). Film Credits: Masquerade, Death Kind Of, Love & Teleportation. Kate also leads a double life on Youtube writing/performing Harry Potter musical parodies - her videos have received over half a million views by muggles & wizards alike. (www.Kate-Parkin.com ) 
Christopher Poehls Christopher Poehls
A Jersey boy raised on Springsteen, sports rivalries, and comic books, Christopher makes his second stage appearance with the New American Theatre Studio Ensemble and gives thanks to all the wonderful souls involved with the NAT, and to his family and his Space Crabs for their love and support.  Previous theatre credits include An Actual Baby Person (NAT, Spring 2013 festival), The Blizzard (The Eclectic Company Theatre), the LA premiere of Circle Dance (Skylight Theatre) and scenes from Rabbit Hole and A Hatful of Rain (William Alderson Studio Theatre’s Scene Night.) Television: CSI: Miami and Stephen Gaghan’s pilot, Metro.
Chelsea Povall

Chelsea Povall   Ashley- The Ultimate Battle for Total Control of the Entire UniverseWith New American Theatre: Midsummer, Julius Caesar, I Never Sang for My Father, Macbeth, The Women, and 365 Days/365 Plays. Other credits: Romeo & Juliet(Juliet US) The Night of the Black Cat, Brigadoon, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, The Sound of Music, Brighton Beach Memoirs, Annie Get Your Gun, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and  Oklahoma!. She was also a Lead Singer/Dancer for Holland America Cruise Lines.  PCPA Graduate. 

Wendy Radford Wendy Radford Emily in Loose Ends
Wendy Radford last at Theatre 40 in God Only Knows ( Kate), she just concluded assistant directing 36 Stories by Sam Shepard at Word for Word Performing Arts Company in SF. A founding member of 29th Street Project and Hudson Valley Shakespeare in NY, and a graduate ACT’s Advanced Training Program in SF. LA: The End of It (Dee), The Subject was Roses (Nettie), Veronika Decides to Die (Mari). New York: Circle in the Square, Hudson Valley Shakespeare, Long Island Stage . Regional Theatre: Working Women’s Festival, San Jose Repertory, Denver Center, The Old Globe. TV: Law & Order.
Patrick Vest Patrick Vest
Patrick Vest is thrilled to be back with Jack, Vanessa, and Nigel in this great play.  He has been a member of New American since 2002 and has performed in Macbeth, The Misanthrope, The Circle, Seduced, and Julius Caesar, as well as various scene nights and one acts.  He is currently directing and performing in Shakespeare by the Sea's production of A Midsummer Night's Dream.
 
Carly Waldman Carly Waldman
Carly was born and raised in the beautiful Bay Area. She recently graduated from Boston University with a BFA in Acting. She also received a certificate of Classical Acting from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts. Her recent New American credits include the new one-act An Actual Baby Person (Squishy) and A Midsummer Nights Dream (Mustardseed). Some of her favorite Boston credits include Mary's Wedding (Mary), The Imaginary Invalid (Angelique), Arcadia (Chloe). She is thrilled to be producing new and interesting works with the New American Theatre!
Vanessa Waters

Vanessa Waters
As a long time company member, plays with The New American Theatre include: A Midsummer Night's Dream, Julius Caesar, As Is, The Women, Three Sisters, Macbeth, and five different productions of One Acts. With Shakespeare Santa Monica, The Merchant of Venice and Vanessa recently starred in the premiere of Blind Spots by Colette Freedman. She has appeared on the television show House, numerous independent films, and is also a voice over actress.  Look for her this fall in the pilot, Battle Creek, written by Vince Gilligan and David Shore and in the feature film, Sins of Our Youth.  She is a graduate of the Pacific Conservatory of Performing Arts (PCPA Theaterfest) and holds a B.F.A. in theater from Ithaca College.
